Rules and regulations

Security: Guests must wear a bracelet at all times on their wrist or ankle. Your vehicle must be parked on your campsite pitch. A single vehicle is authorised at each pitch or mobile home. The speed limit on the campsite is 10 km an hour. Driving is not permitted between 11 pm and 7 am. A sticker must be placed on the inside of the windscreen on the driver's side. Security guards provide surveillance on the campsite day and night to guarantee your safety and tranquillity.

Sanitary block: the showers are closed between 11 pm and 7 am.

Noise / disturbances: Silence and respect for neighbours are required on campsite pitches from 11 pm. (no loud musical instruments, music and television at low volume only, no shouting or slamming doors). Two warnings for noise = expulsion. In the event of numerous complaints or violence, expulsion will be immediate and without the possibility of a refund.

Cleanliness: campsite pitches must be kept clean. Dumping rubbish or bottles is forbidden. In the event of infringement of these regulations, warnings will be given from 8 in the morning. Two warnings for a dirty campsite pitch = expulsion.

Behaviour: drunkenness in public areas on the campsite will be punished by temporary expulsion. Taking drugs and other illegal substances is forbidden. By order of the municipality of Lacanau, it is forbidden to drink alcohol in public areas. Drinking is liable to a fine. Please respect public and private facilities (signs, urban furniture, technical premises, sanitary facilities, etc.). Any individual caught infringing the law in public will be expelled from the campsite. Any behaviour considered disrespectful or violent will lead to an official complaint being made to the Lacanau police.

Pets: pets must be kept on a lead, officially declared and vaccinated (vaccination card). Dogs listed in the 1st and 2nd category are forbidden. Only dogs weighing under 10 kg are authorised in rented accommodation (1 dog per mobile home).

Barbecues: only individual electric or gas barbecues are authorised on campsite pitches. In order to respect the environment and fire safety instructions, charcoal barbecues are forbidden outside of the shared areas set aside for the purpose.

Electrical connections: For safety reasons, it is forbidden to recharge the battery of an electric or hybrid vehicle on the campsite.

Guests: Guests must be declared at the reception.
Under 2 hours: free. Over 2 hours: €4 per person aged 10 and over. Guests must have ID and their cars must be parked outside the campsite. Failure to declare guests: 3 times the prevailing rate will be charged. Visitors can arrive until 9 pm and must leave by 11 pm at the latest.

Children: Children are under the full responsibility of their parents when they are using the games on the campsite and in the water park.

The water park: The water park may be temporarily closed during storms, bad weather, etc.

Theft: the management declines all responsibility in the event of theft, fire, bad weather, etc. With the exception of goods kept in the safes at reception.

Image rights: you explicitly agree to the campsite using any photos of yourself or your children that may be taken during your stay, without payment, for the campsite's advertising purposes in any media.
