Regulations

Security: Wrist or ankle bands must be worn at all times. Your vehicle is to be parked on your pitch. One single vehicle is authorised per pitch or per accommodation unit. Motor traffic inside the campsite is limited to 10km/h and is forbidden between 11 pm and 7 am. A sticker for the vehicle must be affixed to the inside of the windscreen, on the driver’s side. The site is guarded and supervised day and night by security staff to ensure your safety and peace of mind.

Toilet block: The showers are closed between 11 pm and 7 am.

Noise / Nuisance: Silence is requested on the pitches from 11 pm. Respect your neighbours (no noisy musical instruments, moderate sound volume, no untimely shouting or door slamming). Two warnings for noise = eviction. In the event of numerous complaints or violence, eviction will be immediate with no chance of a refund.

Cleanliness: The pitches must be kept clean, dumping of rubbish or bottles is forbidden. Warnings will be issued from 8 am in the event that the rules are breached. Two warnings for a dirty pitch = eviction.

Behaviour: Any intoxicated person on the paths may be penalised with temporary eviction. The consumption of drugs and illicit substances is forbidden. By order of the Mayor of Lacanau, the consumption of alcohol on the public highway is forbidden and liable to a fine. Please respect public and private property (identification signs, street furniture, premises, toilet blocks...). Any person caught in flagrante delicto committing offences on the public highway will be evicted from the campsite. Any behaviour deemed disrespectful or violent will be reported to the Lacanau police station.

Pets: Pets must be kept on a lead, registered and vaccinated (vaccination book). 1st and 2nd category dogs are forbidden. Only dogs weighing less than 10kg are permitted in the accommodation (1 dog per accommodation unit).

Barbecues: Only individual, electric or gas barbecues are permitted on the pitch. To respect the environment and adhere to fire safety instructions, coal-fired barbecues are forbidden outside the communal areas laid out for that purpose.

Guests: Guests must be met at the campsite entrance by yourself and registered at Reception: -2 hours: free, +2 hours: €4 per person older than 10 years of age. They must leave proof of ID at reception and vehicles must remain outside. Non-registered guests will have to pay 3 times the usual applicable rate. Visitor arrivals are permitted until 9 pm and all departures must take place by 11 pm at the latest.

Children: Children are placed under the sole custody of their parents, who are entirely responsible for them, especially when they are using the games placed at their disposal, as well as the water park.

The water park: The water park may be closed temporarily in the event of storms or bad weather etc.

Theft: Management accept no responsibility in the event of theft, fire, bad weather etc., except for valuables deposited in the safes at Reception.

Image rights: You expressly authorise the campsite, without compensation, to use any photos that might have been taken of you or your children during your stay for the campsite’s advertising needs.
